John W. Gallivan Utah Center Ice Rink and Support Facility
Salt Lake City - To better meet the evolving purpose of the Gallivan Plaza, EDA is revisiting the master plan and designing a new amphitheater and a stage to accommodate a larger number of people and events.

Utah Museum of Natural History at the Rio Tinto Center, University of Utah
Salt Lake City - The new 161,000-square-foot facility embodies the museum’s educational and scientific mission to inspire wonder and discovery of the natural world and the place of humans in it. The new museum will be the “trailhead” for the state of Utah. The architecture, together with the collections housed within, will create an inspirational visitor experience and encourage curiosity and inquiry.

Utah Data Center
Lehi - The $1.2 billion project includes 100,000 square feet of a Tier III data center and 900,000 square feet of technical support and administrative space.

Thanksgiving Park Phase II
Lehi - Thanksgiving Park is Utah’s first ever Class A Office Park with a LEED rating. Phase 2 is a mirror image of the adjacent Phase 1, 150,000-square-foot, five-story office complex, and will be constructed to LEED Silver standards.

Utah Valley University Science Building
Orem - Construction is currently underway for a new 160,000-square-foot, three-story academic building. The facility will bring together several departments including general biology, boton, microscopy, physics, zoology, microbiology, anatomy, physiology and earth science.

SUU Science Center
Cedar City - The new $11.5 million building, approximately 50,000 square feet in size, is currently being constructed to the east of Southern Utah University’s existing Science Center. The four-story building will include spaces for the departments of biology, nursing and physical science, classrooms, supply areas, labs, vivarium, museum and a green house. Numerous sustainable elements, such as energy efficient mechanical systems and lighting controls, as well as recycled materials have been incorporated into the building’s design.
