Scope of work for this distribution center included all site and building construction. We developed the 207-acre site and provided all building construction from footings and foundations to complete building envelope including utility and distribution service.

The development of the site including cuts and fills of approximately 2 million cubic yards of earthwork was done in a 2-month time frame included in the overall duration. Due to the remoteness and size of the project an on-site concrete batch plant was required to accommodate over 45,000 cubic yards of concrete required for the concrete paving and building concrete.
