American Pad and Paper Company (AMPAD) stretches 5,180 ft. in length and consists of 511,593 sq.-ft. of 30-ft. clear-height warehouse/manufacturing space. Constructed of concrete tilt-up panels, steel joist and metal deck, this facility includes 8,732 sq.-ft. of office space, 159,889 sq.-ft. of manufacturing area and 195,182 sq.-ft. of warehouse.

Thirty truck loading docks span the front of the building and eight train docks line the back at the adjoining railroad spur. An additional 147,790 sq.-ft. in future tenant lease space is found on the east end of the building. Site work included 23.5 acres of asphalt and concrete paving.
