Perched on the foothills above Salt Lake City, this 22,000 square-foot house was constructed in 2 phases.

Phase I of the project was the construction of the unfinished basic structure of the house, including stone work, which required over 1 million pounds of Indian Ledge stone.

Phase II consisted of the all the interior finish work, and the addition of a pool and patio, tennis court, and final landscaping.
