A spectacular home site deserves a spectacular home. Big-D's Signature Group is making sure that the new mountain residence is worthy of its setting — 150 acres in the Muddy Creek Subdivision atop the Wilson Mesa, overlooking Lone Cone and Flat Top Peaks. The home site is only 35 miles from downtown Telluride yet sits at a lofty 9,200-foot elevation.

The approximate 12,500 square-foot home is a combination of living areas connected with glass and timber walkways. It features a master bedroom/office/study area, a bunkhouse-style bedroom area, a great room/dining room/kitchen area, the main entry and a mud room/garage area. Additional buildings that are not attached to the main residence complete the recreation complex. They include a guesthouse and a barn. Road construction to the house was also a part of this project.

Reclaimed antique log timbers, stacked rock foundations and walls, large timber and glass viewing areas, as well as antique wormy white oak wood planking and stone flooring are among the materials used to further distinguish this alpine mansion.
