will review your completed construction drawings and specifications, and provide
you with a single-entry amount (lump sum) to cover all labor, equipment, materials,
services, overhead, and profit for completing your project.
Because cost is typically the decisive factor in selecting a "competitive-bid"
builder, Big-D cost estimators utilize advanced estimating software that allows
us to very accurately compute quantities and generate reduced-scale, color-coded
drawings, which clearly illustrate the various construction components included
in your project's design. Combined with Timberline estimating software, we are
able to provide quick and accurate cost estimates reflective of design change
considerations.
