LIVE, WALK, DINE AND SHOP. That is the idea behind Washington Square, a four-acre condominium project located in downtown Bellevue, Washington. The building alone consumes 3.5 acres and incorporates several types of construction.



Condominiums, townhouses and flats are accessible to the public. Private elevators provide access to exclusive areas. The townhouses and flats are also accessible from the exterior and public areas. Large common/lobby areas are located on each floor of the tower outside of the condominium entrances, and spacious amenities rooms are located on the 13th floor of each tower.



The project also includes a four-level, below-grade, cast-in-place concrete parking structure; upscale landscaping (with planters and site amenities) and a large water feature with flowing streams, benches, statues and railings. Stamped, colored concrete sidewalks complete this perfect picture.



The parking structure supports the construction of approximately 18,000 square-feet of retail space, two 21-story residential towers comprising 209 units in the west tower and 171 units in the east tower, and related site amenities and landscaping.



Big-D’s large-scale construction experience within a highly unionized metropolitan environment was essential for the success of this project.
