Westminster Science Center is a 56,667 square-foot facility in the center of the campus of Salt Lake City-based Westminster College. The new center will house the Biology, Chemistry, Geology and Physics departments of the College of Arts and Sciences. It is the culminating project in Westminster’s 10-year campus master plan, and will help the college attract and retain top-notch faculty and students. It will open for classes in Fall 2010.



The facility — which is registered to earn national LEED® Gold Certification, consists of wet & dry labs, research labs, office space, teaching labs and support facilities. The building will also house the central mechanical equipment for Converse Hall.
