The centerpiece of this 80,000 square-foot health and wellness center is the 20,000 square-foot gymnasium, which comprises competition-level basketball and volleyball courts, elevated track, full-service concession and ticket centers, and a striking 50-foot climbing/bouldering wall that is open to the ceiling skylight.



The remaining 60,000 square-foot, 3-story building includes (on the main level) a swimming pool, spa, weight rooms, juice bar, concession center, locker rooms (male/female, dedicated athletic locker rooms and dedicated general student), coaching offices, training facilities, team meeting rooms and conference rooms.



The second level offers office and classroom facilities, dance/ballet/aerobic studios, cycling/treadmill studios, and faculty offices. The third floor contains classrooms, an executive conference room, faculty offices, and a lounge facility. Both the 2nd and 3rd floors overlook the climbing wall atrium.
