This project consisted of construction of a 240,670 square foot tilt-up office/warehouse for Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation. The project included 20 truck docks, 2 overhead crane bays, 77,000 square feet of tilt-up panels, 400 tons of rebar and 14,000 cubic yards of concrete.



The 34 acre site includes nearly 2 miles of utilities (storm, sewer and water), 7 acres of asphalt paving and 5.5 acres of membrane roofing.



The project received a LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
