Newpark Town Center is a Live/Work/Play community located 6 miles from Old Town Park City, a half mile from the Olympic Village, 4 miles from the Canyons and 7 miles from Deer Valley. The Town Center, a LEED® Silver Development, is on the Western Edge of the 1,100 Acre Swaner Nature Preserve. The project consists of four separate buildings with two parking structures, as well as a new South Center Drive roadway, complete with utilities and infrastructure to support the new buildings. On the west side of South Center Drive lies a 30,310 square foot Best Buy Store and 18 retail spaces ready for lease, as well as a 146 stall, underground parking structure. On the East side of South Center Drive, there are 19 retail spaces ready for lease, along with a partially underground 188-stall parking structure. The forms are simple, but highlight rich natural materials such as stone, wood siding, and metal siding. The materials are intended to be a direct link to the natural beauty of the site and the feel of the Park City mining era.



The sun calendar plaza, the pedestrian heart and focal point of the entire community, is adjacent to the site and linked to the Newpark Hotel. A strong pedestrian circulation system originates at the plaza and provides connectivity to all parts of the community. The plaza adjoins an outdoor theater that provides a place for entertainment and special events.
