Big-D recently completed two projects for Les Olson Company, an office equipment company headquartered in Utah. One of the projects, located in Ogden, Utah, includes a new 19,000 square foot building – 9,000 square feet of which is dedicated to warehouse space and an enclosed shipping/receiving truck dock. The remaining space includes a sales area with office space, a reception area, a demo room, a support area, a repair shop, and an installation/prep area.



Big-D also helped Les Olson expand their business across state lines with a 20,000 square foot office in Las Vegas. A previously unoccupied new “shell” building, Big-D performed a tenant improvement, resulting in 10,000 square feet of office space (including sales and executive offices, a demo area, a training room, a break room, an open sales area, a parts room, a repair/service area, a service manager office, and an installation/prep area), as well as a 10,000 square foot warehouse with two shipping/receiving docks.
