Herriman Industrial Building #1

The Herriman Industrial Building is a new 239,383 square foot concrete tilt-up building for Bullfrog Spas with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Research & Development, Office and Retail Showroom space all contained under one roof. It is a cross-dock building with loading docks and high-speed overhead doors at grade to maximize efficiency and flexibility for the user. The building utilizes clerestory windows and skylights to maximize natural daylight and has a 36’ clear height and large efficient column spacings to maximize the economy of the structure, while enhancing the flexibility of the interior space layout for the best manufacturing processes. The north end of the building features 60,000 square feet of Class-A Office space on two levels, with great expanses of glass to maximize views and the quality of the work environment.
