Midtown 360 West Phase

Midtown 360, LLC is the proprietor of Midtown 360 Apartments, a complex of luxury apartment homes located in Orem, Utah. Big-D was commissioned to build the company’s 1.5-million-square-foot project in four phases, with the Midtown 360 West Phase comprising the last two phases of the project. This $20.6-million component of the project included construction of residential, commercial, and retail space.

Big-D successfully completed construction on Midtown 360 West in December 2019, establishing a well-built presence of fine craftsmanship in a stunning luxury housing complex that offers an elevated lifestyle for Orem’s residents.
