Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, Pacific Landing V, LLC is a commercial real estate investment company that builds offices, warehouses, industrial, and mercantile buildings on spec in the Greater Salt Lake area. In 2019, the company hired Big-D to construct two tilt-up concrete distribution warehouses, which Big-D finished in just over 12 months.

Vicente Roman is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with two decades of experience leading complex healthcare and commercial construction projects across California. He holds a civil engineering degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from San Francisco State University, and is an Associate DBIA. Vicente has delivered major design-build efforts for clients such as Marin Health, Sutter Health, and Kaiser Permanente, with deep expertise in OSHPD-regulated work. Known for his collaborative approach, technical knowledge, and operational discipline, Vicente plays a vital role in managing project execution and ensuring excellence across Big-D’s Pacific region.
