RWK Legacy Logistics Center II

The RWK Legacy Logistics Center II is a new concrete tilt-up panel warehouse with a built-to-suit office and rear-loading configuration. The building features a 32-foot minimum clear height; four ground-level doors; and 43 dock-high doors equipped with dock levelers, seals, and bumpers. The warehouse utilizes large glass front entryways, as well as clerestory windows and skylights throughout to let plenty of refreshing, natural sunlight into the building. Construction included concrete and asphalt for on-site trailer parking and 273 total parking stalls.
