Agave House features 216 spacious one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, thoughtfully designed to provide all-inclusive living where utilities and amenities are included in the monthly rental fee. Residents can enjoy a variety of community-focused amenities, including a clubhouse, a resort-style pool with lounge areas, grilling stations, and a fitness center. The property also includes an outdoor playground for families and a dog run for pet owners.

Cory Schubert is a well-rounded leader known for his attention to detail and skill identifying project teams and subcontractors to meet the specific needs of a project. From field supervision to estimating to project management, Cory has been involved in every aspect of construction. This involvement makes him a valuable asset during the preconstruction phase of a project.  His personal passion is to build and maintain relationships. This passion starts with clients and extends to subcontractors and vendors. Cory earns trust through his actions which has paved the road to his leadership roles in the organization.

Kris brings over 26 years of experience in the construction industry, with a well-rounded expertise across various project types. As the Director of Business Development, Kris prioritizes client satisfaction, ensuring the highest level of service and value for each project. With a specialized focus on the multi-family housing market, he leverages his in-depth knowledge to drive successful outcomes. Kris&#8217; background as a project manager further enhances his ability to deliver results efficiently and effectively. Known for his client collaboration and unwavering work ethic, Kris is a trusted leader in the construction sector.

Carl McFarland is the President for Big-D Construction’s Southwest region, located in Tempe, Ariz. As the President, Carl serves a team of industry professionals committed to transforming the construction experience. His dedication, vision, and passion for construction has not only driven his success but has cemented his status among peers as a leader in the AEC industry. Carl believes that there has never been a more opportune time than now to execute a digital strategy that leverages technology to create unprecedented certainty, efficiency, and extraordinary value in the built environment.
A seasoned professional, Carl has over 28 years of experience in the industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from the College of Engineering &amp; Applied Science at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Before joining Big-D, Carl was a Market Sector Executive for Kitchell Contractors, brought on to lead investment strategies in emerging markets, including one of the region’s leading prefabrication businesses. He also spent time as a General Manager and a Director of Operations, among other leadership roles with several well-known companies throughout the industry.
