  • Description

Dignity Health Arizona General Hospital in Mesa is a three-story, 94,000-sf, 50-bed hospital that was built from the ground up, using the Adeptus Hospital model in Houston, Texas. The building has a steel-frame, waterproof and fire-resistant shell with an exterior comprised of stucco, stacked stone, brick veneer, aluminum composite panels, generous glazing and roof screens. The interior features four operating rooms, a 14-bed, 24/7 emergency department, intensive care unit, pharmacy, a laboratory and radiology suite and medical offices. There is also a 279-stall surface parking lot with covered parking canopies, drought-resistant landscaping, and an adjacent helipad. Our team managed all aspects of MEP engineering including med gas connections for operating rooms and critical hook ups for Hillrom hospital beds in patient rooms.
