Freeport West ARA Industrial Park

This four-building industrial development in West Valley City totals nearly 2.4 million square feet of concrete tilt-up warehouse space, constructed consecutively for Freeport West. All four buildings share similar construction: slab-on-grade foundations with concrete tilt-up wall panels, open-web roof structures, and TPO membrane roofing with skylights. Building exteriors feature aluminum curtainwall systems and painted finishes with overhead doors and loading dock equipment. MEP systems include ESFR fire protection, under-slab plumbing, gas-fired make-up air units, and electrical service. Building A delivered 419,777 square feet with 60 dock doors, followed by Building B at 500,000 square feet with 80 dock doors. Building C added 634,317 square feet, and Building D completed the development at 832,000 square feet as the largest of the four. Big-D self-performed all concrete work across the development.
