Grove Creek III Office Building

The Grove Creek II Office was the second building at this office park constructed by Big-D. This project was for core and shell construction of a new, three-story, Class A, multiple-tenant office building. The Grove Creek building features a flexible tenant layout, modern finishes, and efficient LED light fixtures throughout. Construction of tenant amenities included employee shower and changing rooms, bike storage and lockers, and EV car charging stations. The building exterior is finished in TerraNeo, a high-performance specialty stucco. Big-D’s scope also included a 17,300-sf tenant improvement buildout for Wattstopper-Vantage on the third floor, which was completed concurrently with the construction of the core and shell.
