Also known as Storied Development, the Georgia-based development company made its name in Park City by owning and developing the Talisker Club, an exclusive one-of-a-kind private club with unique amenities and outdoor activities. Storied Deer Valley, LLC is a seasoned real estate developer, with over 30-years of success in developing, marketing, and operating private club communities.

Storied Deer Valley, LLC continues their growth into the core of Park City by acquiring the historic Coal &amp; Lumber building.

The 5,422 square foot Coal &amp; Lumber building was transformed as the newest Talisker Club gathering place, all while keeping the iconic building preserved as a part of Park City history. Talisker Club’s newest addition delivers a fresh, downtown dining experience within walking distance of Main Street and can be enjoyed by both members and non-members.

Talisker Club

The reimagined building concept includes a fine dining restaurant, Courchevel Bistro, that features French-European-style cuisine. Visitors can also enjoy a coffee shop and wine bar on the upper level. The lower level features a members-only Après Ski Lounge which features a bar, lounge, ski storage, and a private outdoor patio which was remodeled to include an outdoor trellis with gas overhead radiant heaters for year-round usage.
