HKS Architects Office

This tenant improvement buildout prepared a new home for HKS Architects in 222 Main, a premier downtown high-rise. The workspace features a welcoming reception area, versatile conference facilities, and an expansive open office layout with focus rooms and collaborative team spaces. A dedicated wellness center and modern breakroom support employee wellbeing. Working in an occupied multi-tenant high-rise required precision logistics and meticulous coordination to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants. Site constraints called for just-in-time deliveries throughout the project. The team also incorporated select doors and hardware salvaged from HKS’s previous office, balancing sustainability goals with design objectives.
