This four-building industrial development is located one mile from Salt Lake International Airport Freight Terminal, totaling nearly 955,000 square feet across four concrete tilt-up warehouses. Buildings A and B delivered 102,146 and 374,288 square feet respectively, featuring a combined 82 dock doors and 8 drive-in doors. Buildings C and D followed as core and shell speculative warehouses totaling 478,223 square feet, constructed for future tenant improvements. All buildings feature concrete slab-on-grade foundations, concrete tilt-up wall panels, open-web roof structures, and TPO membrane roofing. Clear heights range from 28 to 32 feet. Building exteriors include aluminum curtainwall and storefront systems with clerestory windows. The scope included full site development with earthwork, utilities, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
