Intermountain Health Salt Lake Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center

This outpatient ambulatory surgery center is located on the Intermountain Health TOSH campus. The two-story steel-framed building features a masonry exterior with metal panel accents and a full-height glass curtain wall entrance. Spaces include eight operating rooms, 10 post-anesthesia recovery stations, 20 prep and recovery bays, sterile prep and decontamination rooms, and associated support areas for staff and patients. The ASC also features a recovery hotel with 15 guest rooms and a physical therapy gym. The curtain wall system allows generous natural light throughout the lobby, which features a large terrazzo staircase. All work was completed without interruption to the adjacent medical buildings on campus.
