Landmark III Warehouse

The Landmark II Warehouse is a new, concrete tilt-up panel structure that includes subdivided space for two future tenants. Construction consisted of seven-inch slab-on grade foundation and 10-inch-thick tilt-up wall panels. The building features 18 dock height doors, as well as three overhead access doors. Construction included aluminum curtainwall and painted exteriors, an open-web roof structure and TPO membrane roofing with R30 insulation and skylights. The warehouse interior includes 5,600-sf of office space that includes a conference room, break rooms, dual sets of restrooms, and a mezzanine for additional storage. MEP systems include a three-phase electrical system, water, gas piping, rooftop units, and emergency/egress lighting.
