The Sugar House skyline recently changed with the construction of a high-rise senior living community. In 2014, Western States Lodging, LLC, announced its newest project, Legacy Village of Sugar House. Located minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, Legacy Village of Sugar House is a state-of-the-art senior living community that features retail shops, restaurant-style dining, and onsite medical care.
