Logan Gateway Multi-Tenant Office Building

This design-build project encompassed core and shell construction of a four-story steel-framed multi-tenant office building. The exterior incorporates aluminum storefront glazing, spandrel glass panels, and a modular metal panel cladding system, with integrated terraces on multiple floors along the west elevation. The scope included complete site development with utility infrastructure coordination, asphalt paving, and landscaping. Following core and shell completion, Big-D completed tenant improvement buildouts for Adams Wealth Advisors, ThermoFisher Scientific, and Prime International, while maintaining the remaining area as market-ready leasable space.
