Metric Apartments

The Metric Apartments project is a new, upscale boutique 49-unit apartment complex.

The project consists of four stories of wood-framed construction above two levels of precast concrete below-grade parking. Each parking level has apartment unit on the same level that walk out onto grade. The building features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and the scaled-down size of the building presents an intimate and exclusive feel. Interior finishes are modern and high-end including granite countertops, subway tile, stainless steel appliances, and hard surface flooring. The building exterior is varied with brick at the lower level and a mix of fiber cement lap siding and metal panel above. Construction also included a laundry room, aluminum balconies on most units, an elevator, electrical vehicle charging stations, and minimal common area space.
