MMR Group Regional Office

This renovation transformed an existing pre-engineered metal building into a regional office for MMR Group. The building underwent complete interior demolition followed by installation of all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including under-slab plumbing work below the warehouse floor. A key architectural enhancement was the addition of a partial second floor that now serves as the main office area, featuring new windows for improved natural lighting. The second floor houses conference rooms, a training room, private offices, fitness center, employee break room, and support spaces. A visually distinctive main entrance was constructed with a slanted awning and modern storefront design. Site improvements included security fence removal, landscaping overhaul to improve street visibility, and significant parking expansion utilizing a StormTec drain system beneath the newly asphalted surface.
