This wrap-style multifamily project features a five-story, wood-framed building with a brick and stucco exterior. The 243 units range from studios to two-bedroom apartments with elevated finishes throughout, served by a multi-level, partially subgrade parking structure accommodating 318 residents. Resident amenities include a lounge and clubroom with co-working spaces, leasing office, package lockers, fitness center, and bike storage on the lower garage level. Exterior work included a central community courtyard with pool and spa as well as landscaping and associated site improvements.
