Newrest USA is a global hospitality services provider specializing in airline catering, rail dining, retail concessions, and remote site support services. This project was a tenant improvement to transform an existing warehouse into a state-of-the-art food production facility servicing Delta Airlines’ operations at Salt Lake City International Airport. The renovation featured sophisticated box-in-box construction for temperature-controlled environments, including industrial coolers and freezers designed for optimal food safety and energy efficiency. The facility encompasses multiple specialized zones: commercial food preparation areas, industrial washing stations, climate-controlled warehouse space, and dedicated storage for dry goods and equipment. Employee amenities include a full-service cafeteria and modern locker room facilities.
