Nexus on 9th Mixed-Use Development

Originally dubbed the 9th and 9th Apartments, Nexus on 9th is a mixed-use, multi-family project which stands three stories in the heart of the 9th and 9th District. The ground level features three retail spaces, a common area for apartment residents, and a single-story, 24-stall, below-grade parking podium. The second and third floors feature a combination of 28 high-end 1-and 2-bedroom apartment units. The residences include balconies or rooftop patios with mountain views. The apartment building also features main-level common area amenity spaces which included a fitness facility, bike storage, private dining, and gathering space. The design team incorporated light colored metal panels with contrasting warm natural wood to bring a modern flair to the exterior and windows were strategically placed to provide an abundance of natural light in each unit.
