Park Avenue Apartments

Park Avenue Apartments is a new, upscale multi-family housing building in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City. The project consists of a podium style multifamily building with five levels of wood framing over 2.5 levels of post tension concrete structure that contains parking/retail and units on 1.74 acres. Park Avenue is a 234-unit building with a mix of modern style residences ranging from studios to 3-bedroom floor plans. Construction of building spaces and resident amenities included an open lobby, large fitness center, an indoor-outdoor common area on the top floor, multi-use live-work clubroom, game lounge, pet wash station, bike maintenance and storage areas, and resort style terrace pool and entertainment deck. Park Avenue Apartments is one scope element of a larger, phased mixed-use development built by Big-D Construction that also included a medical office building, Class A office building, 1200-stall parking structure, and 10 acres of new roads and infrastructure.
