Patterson Pass Building 11

Patterson Pass Building 11 was a ground up construction, state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution facility project located in the Patterson Pass Business Park master planned development. This 159,000-sf warehouse was constructed with a slab-on-grade foundation, concrete tilt-up concrete walls, 50′ x 50′ column spacing, a panelized wood roof framing system, EDPM single-ply roofing membrane, and an ESFR fire suppression system.
