Salt Lake City School District Administration Building

This two-story, steel-framed office building houses District departments and provides space for board meetings and teacher training. The structure features concrete shear walls and an exterior of masonry veneer, metal panel walls, and a curtain wall system with electrochromic glass. A rooftop PV solar array helps power the building. The project also includes a two-level, 220-stall parking garage with a perforated metal panel facade where parking is above grade. Interior spaces include private offices, conference rooms, classrooms, open office areas, testing rooms, team and work rooms, and a large board room that can split into smaller instructional spaces. Exterior work included a large plaza, patio area, landscaping, and surface parking.
