Salt Lake Crossing Apartments

Salt Lake Crossing is a five-story, 300-unit residential complex featuring modern luxury apartments atop a two-story parking garage. The developer’s goal was to offer a unique blend of community, luxury, and flexibility in a downtown urban setting. Constructed using a combination of conventional wood frame, concrete, and masonry materials, Salt Lake Crossing includes a mix of studio and “micro” one-bedroom units, each boasting high-end finishes that are unique to this region. Construction of resident amenities included a fitness center with yoga and spin studio, on-site coffee shop, rooftop spa pool, social and coworking spaces, private dog park, and a shared workspace. The project scope also included all associated sitework, utility coordination, and landscaping.
