SPACES is a business center located in the Traverse Ridge Center III building that provides short- or long-term offices and coworking spaces for professionals and creatives. Big-D completed tenant improvements for the first and second floors. SPACES is well-designed, exceptionably modern, flexible, and features the latest technologies, high-quality furniture, and user amenities. The first-floor buildout included a reception area, numerous offices of varying sizes, a wellness room, document and refreshment stations, meeting rooms, a screening room, training room, mail/copy room, small phone booths, a quiet coworking area, break area with library wall and banquette seating, and support spaces like storage and IT/communications room. The second floor is an impressive array of varying sized offices. Big-D’s scope of work included installation of all Owner-provided furniture and equipment.
