Spring House Apartments

Spring House Apartments is a new, four-story, income restricted multi-family housing project with modern look and upscale feel.

The building is wood frame construction with a flat membrane roof, over a single-story precast concrete parking structure. The exterior is comprised of brick, cultured stone, and fiber cement panel siding. The complex is a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units appointed with granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, warm led lighting, custom paint, and Juliette balconies. Construction included numerous community amenities including a playground, community room, fitness center, clubroom with kitchen, outdoor rooftop area with grills and fire pit, a lighted dog run, and fully landscaped grounds.
