Thanksgiving Park Office Complex

Big-D Construction was the CM/GC contractor for multiple projects at Thanksgiving Park, a Class A, multi-tenant office complex. Buildings 2 and 3 are nearly identical, five-story, high-end office buildings sited on 7-acre sites. The core-and-shell finished interior areas include varying size tenant spaces, lobbies with electronic kiosks, fitness center, restrooms, corridors and stairwells, and elevators. Both buildings feature vaulted ceilings and high-end finishes like granite wainscot, granite base boards, mahogany wall panels, decorative patterned granite floor tiles, and faux Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete columns.
