The Ascent

The Ascent was birthed as The Gates on Beaver Creek, a luxury condominium built at the entry to Beaver Creek. The Gates is a six-story condominium with 49 units built over one level of underground parking. CFC built The Gates in 2007. Three years later the project was in receivership. The new owner contracted CFC to reposition the project as The Ascent. The repositioning scope of work included interior finishes, exterior imaging and landscaping.
