The Preserve at Normandale Lake

The community of Bloomington, Minnesota has been booming with residential projects, including The Preserve at Normandale Lake.

The city is the fourth largest in the state of Minnesota. In 2016, Big-D Construction commenced construction on The Preserve at Nomandale Lake Apartments.

The 5-story apartment building consists of 179 apartment units and amenity space. Veneer is a combination of brick, stone, metal panels, cement board, and stucco. The building includes studio apartments, as well as one, two, and three-bedroom apartment units. There is also a limited number of deluxe, two-story penthouses. Each apartment includes a private deck or patio.
