The Station at Malcom Yards

The Station at Malcolm Yards is a new, modern multi-family housing complex in Minneapolis. The project consisted of five levels of wood framing atop four levels of post tension concrete, with two of the concrete levels serving as an underground parking structure. There are 210 units ranging from studios to 2-bedroom apartments, all featuring sleek, black finishes and stainless-steel appliances. Resident amenities include a sky deck, fitness center, game room, pet spa, coworking space, and club room.
