Vivint Phase 2 Office Building

The Vivint Phase 2 Office is a new, Class A, three-story office building located in the Riverwoods Business Park across from another Vivint building. Big-D Construction built the core and shell structure, the single-level underground parking garage, and performed all the tenant improvements for the buildout. The new open layout office is stylish, well-lit, ultra-modern and highlights the cutting-edge technology Vivint provides. The first floor features a full “demonstration house,” wired with Vivint’s products to showcase their capabilities. Finishes throughout the building are high-quality and the project incorporates numerous sustainable design elements like efficient MEP systems and minimal, low water use landscaping. The Vivint Phase 2 building is LEED® Silver certified.
