West Jordan Logistics Center

The West Jordan Logistics Center is a new industrial park with two concrete tilt-up warehouses totaling 336,376 square feet. The buildings are constructed with 6” reinforced concrete slab foundations and warehouse floors are sealed and polished. Both structures have 32’ clear height ceilings, clerestory windows throughout for natural light, ESFR suppression systems for fire safety, six (6) glass store fronts that add aesthetic appeal, and six (6) ground level loading doors. Building 1 features 39 dock height loading doors and Building 2 has 49 total dock doors. Big-D’s scope included all associated sitework, utility coordination, and landscaping. Additionally, our concrete department self-performed the structural and site concrete for the project.
