Winward Electric Headquarters Office

This design-build project delivered a two-story office building for an Ogden-based electrical contractor. The structure features a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with architectural insulated metal panel (IMP) walls and aluminum storefront windows. The first floor includes a full-height lobby and reception area, conference room, training room, private offices, 5,627 square feet of warehouse space, and employee support areas. The second floor houses additional offices, a balcony off the CEO’s office, and storage. Generous storefront glazing provides abundant natural light throughout. Interior finishes are modern and distinctive, featuring exposed structural steel elements, dark cherry wood trim, cabinets with spoke wheel vintage hardware, and concrete floors with a marble-look epoxy coating. The scope also included all site and utility work, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
