CW Management Corporation provides real estate development, sales, leasing, and property management services to Utah’s Wasatch Front and beyond. The company was founded by experienced real estate planners and developers Chris McCandless and Wayne Niederhauser, both with deep Utah roots and pride in their local community. CW Management Corporation works to serve its community first, whether by offering high-quality rental options, expert development services, or efficient and thoughtful property management. When the company decided to develop a lot that had sat empty for years in the city of Cottonwood Heights, it hired Big-D to build a public parking structure to serve as the first step in phase one of the three-phase, 11-acre development project.

After 50 years in its original facility, the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah has a new home, more than 50 percent larger than the original building. The six-story structure accommodates a projected student population of 450, providing classrooms, training courtrooms, administrative office space, common areas, research areas, individual &amp; collaborative study space, dining, a student lounge, lockers and more.
The Law School sits at a main campus entry point next to Rice-Eccles Football Stadium and across from a light-rail station, needless to say the building needed to have strong visual impact. The glass, brick, and metal exterior provide a welcoming gateway to campus visitors. The top floor features the 450-person Moot Courtroom auditorium which opens up onto a roof-top terrace.
