Fort Carson Ivy Fitness Center

Completed under the design-build delivery method, this project’s goal was to give Fort Carson personnel a functional, secure, visually appealing, state-of-the-art facility rivaling similar use facilities found in local communities and on college campuses.

This amazing facility includes a cardio theater, free weights, a 36-foot-tall climbing wall, racquetball and smashball courts, classrooms for fitness programs, basketball courts, swimming pools, and more. All exercise areas have top-of-the-line equipment. Other amenities included are a full juice bar, child care areas, hot tubs, first aid stations, and office areas for staff.
