IRS Ogden Service Center Modernization

This multi-phase renovation transformed a 1965 government facility while maintaining continuous 24/7 operations for over 500 federal employees. Work on the masonry structure included partial re-roofing, seismic bracing of unsupported walls and roof systems, complete replacement of mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and installation of more than 200 new windows. Interior improvements encompassed twelve rebuilt restrooms, refreshed finishes throughout public areas, and an upgraded central cafeteria. Exterior work spanned the 60-acre site and included utility line replacement, enhanced lighting, masonry cleaning, and comprehensive landscaping. Fire protection and life safety systems received complete upgrades with seismic bracing of suppression piping to ensure code compliance.
