North Ogen Public Safety

This design-build project delivered a new facility to house the city’s Police Department and Justice Court, replacing an outdated building that no longer met city needs. The single-story steel-framed structure features a CMU, brick veneer, and architectural concrete exterior. Interior spaces for both departments include a secure sallyport entrance, processing areas, patrol offices, armory, interview rooms, storage, courtroom, judge’s chambers, prosecutor office, and jury room. Support spaces include a fitness room, locker rooms, breakroom, and kitchenette. Site work included drought-resistant landscaping, retaining walls, perimeter fencing, utility coordination, and demolition of the previous police/court building.
