The Pinal County Complex, designed to house both the Western Pinal Justice Court and Maricopa Municipal Court, consists of two new single-story buildings, 8,314-sf and 24,046-sf respectively. The larger of the two wraps around the existing courts building with various structural additions and renovations, and will accommodate added courtrooms, judge’s chambers and facilities for the Pinal County Sheriff including holding cells, interview rooms, office space and K9 kennels. The smaller facility houses general offices for Pinal County employees, including the county treasurer and assessor. Scope involved site demolition of an existing parking lot, hardscape and landscape, civil, structural steel, beams and columns, selective demo, concrete, masonry, steel stud framing, FA, TPO roofing, curtain wall systems, aluminum storefront systems, mechanical yard, and steel canopies.
